How to use Company Share Deck

Start with the QR code

A Company Share Deck QR code opens a stable web destination on the recipient’s phone. There is no recipient login and no app to install. The Attenta company QR opens the company deck; Kaia’s personal QR opens her recipient deck. The company information in the preview is real, but the contact-exchange test is not a place for real personal details.

For a calm handover, let the recipient use their own camera or QR scanner rather than passing a logged-in device between people. Wait for the browser page to load before explaining the cards, especially on a busy conference connection. A QR code is a route into the shared deck, not a copy of the information on the other phone. If the page does not open, check the connection, scan again and use the visible preview link when appropriate. This keeps the demo focused on the intended experience: opening useful company information first, then choosing whether to test a temporary exchange.

How do I explore a deck?

On the sharing phone, swipe up and down to move between the company preview, sharing codes, collected contacts and Search. Swipe left and right through cards within a row. On the receiving phone, scan a company or personal QR, then swipe left and right through that recipient deck. This simpler view does not include the sharing phone’s wallet rows.

The company QR leads with the company story; Kaia’s personal QR leads with her contact card. Both let the recipient explore the company information and reach the final contact-exchange card. You can open website links directly from the cards without sending any details back.

Send details back, with test data

1. On the final Send details back card, enter a made-up name. Name is the only required field.
2. Add a made-up phone number, email address, company or title only if useful for the demonstration; each is optional.
3. Send the test exchange. It goes back to the contacts on the original sharing device, where Search can find it.

Can I save a contact?

When a deck offers Save to My Contacts, it can prepare the contact for your phone. If your browser downloads a VCF file, you must confirm the import in your contacts app. Treat that confirmation as the point at which you choose to keep the contact; downloading a file alone does not guarantee that it has been saved.

The Delete my sent card action removes your test sent card. It does not create a recovery option, restore browser data or delete a contact you have already imported into your own phone.

What happens after the preview?

The immediate exchange is available now; making the deck your own comes later. A permanent editor, cross-device accounts, AI enrichment and a company-wide inbox are not available. AI and company-wide checkboxes record inactive preferences only. If access matters after a conversation, save the contact when offered and keep in mind the 24-hour exchange window and browser-data limitation.

Optional home-screen access

On iPhone, open the preview in Safari, tap Share, then choose Add to Home Screen. If you opened the link inside a messaging app, open it in Safari first. Home-screen access is optional: you can try the same preview in the browser. It still needs internet, and presentation can vary between phones and browser versions.

On Android, installation choices vary by browser menu. If a browser offers an install or add-to-home-screen option, you may use it. Adding a shortcut is not a backup of your cards or a permanent account. Keep the sharing phone’s original preview open while testing the return exchange.

A simple two-phone conference demo

1. Open the Kaia preview on phone A. Swipe to the sharing row, choose the company or personal QR, and confirm both phones have internet.
2. Scan with phone B, check which card opens first, then swipe left or right to explore the recipient deck.
3. Use the final card to send a made-up name back. Return to Contacts or Search on phone A and allow a few seconds for the preview to refresh.
4. If offered, save a sample contact and confirm the VCF import. Remove the test sent card when finished and explain that this is a temporary preview, not a permanent address book.
